在推薦語中，老羅總結瞭電子煙紀錄片的2個結論：
1、短期的看，電子煙的危害比傳統煙草小很多，長期的看，因為缺乏數據研究，不知道電子煙會不會有其他目前未知的危害；
2、煙民改吸電子煙會明顯減輕危害，但因為電子煙仍然有害健康，所以非煙民吸電子煙是愚蠢的。
在最後，羅永浩還對電子煙行業提出瞭4個希望：
希望戒不瞭傳統煙草的煙民改吸電子煙，希望所有的非煙民不要碰電子煙，希望更多的公眾關註電子煙行業的發展，希望電子煙行業的國傢標準盡快出臺。
通過老羅對電子煙的科普，CEO來信君也覺得電子煙行業目前有很多空白和未知，不知道這些不確定性，最終會將老羅、彭錦洲等電子煙領域的創業者帶向何方。
不過通過羅永浩讓更多人瞭解電子煙的優缺點，這也算是做瞭基礎的科普吧！
