Sexual health means being able to fully participate in sexual activity and be present in the enjoyment of the experience. For men, being in a state of optimal sexual health is two-fold. First, there must be sexual desire, also known as libido, and second, there must be an ability to get and sustain an erection, otherwise known as erectile function. Men’s sexual health is an important aspect of men’s health, whether you’re trying to boost testosterone, last longer in bed or you’re worried about erectile dysfunction or other men’s sexual health problems.
