Shay got BS/MS levels in Electrical Anatomist from National Taiwan University and studied his Ph. D. degree at the EECS Department regarding the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Shay is confessed to patent pub, an immigrant towards the US via EB1 Alien of Remarkable Ability and Domestic Interest Waiver Australian visa, a member involving American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) and a qualified patent practitioner to practice in patent instances before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
