Vietnamese Culture - A Closer Look
The Vietnamese culture is based on ancestral beliefs, and despite the lack of generational independence, most Vietnamese still have ghost stories. These legends are not meant to scare you, but to give you an idea of what life is really like in the Vietnamese countryside. The following is an overview of some of the customs and traditions that define the Vietnamese lifestyle. Let's take a closer look at these customs and traditions. To know more about them, read on!

In general, Vietnamese culture is very traditional, and is characterized by a patriarchal structure. Men are generally considered to be the head of the family, and their role is to support and manage the family. The older generations of the Vietnamese culture are highly male-dominated, and the men will often answer questions for their wives. This practice is quite common in many cultures, and many women in the Western world are deeply influenced by this social structure.

The Vietnamese don't believe in class distinctions, but they do have distinct stratifications. In the case of a social gathering, they tend to arrive late. In contrast, they are on time for professional appointments. In addition, the value of gifts is often minimized in comparison to the value of their contents. If you offer a gift to a Vietnamese, they may feel shy or even refuse it if you don't give them much value. And speaking loudly is considered rude and insulting, especially among women.

The Chinese, Cambodian, and Vietnamese culture has much to do with their history. During the Colonial Ecole era, many of the art forms that the students grew up with were unknown to them. The most familiar were oil paintings on canvas, while the students were introduced to lacquer and water-based paintings. Their teachers tried to preserve their race and heritage through these arts. This is why they had to learn to rely on natural phenomena.

The traditional festival in Vietnam is the Lunar New Year. This is celebrated in late January or early February. People from all walks of life gather with their family and friends to wish one another happy new year. While it is considered to be a celebration, many Vietnamese consider it the end of the old year. In fact, they worship their dead relative on the night of the New Years. The people in Vietnam celebrate their life in two separate ways: their families, their enemies, and their enemies.

The traditional dress is known as the Ao Dai. It is a traditional Vietnamese dress and is very unique. It is known as the "long top" and it was made mandatory by the Nguyen government in 1774. It is worn by both sexes. While the women wear long tunics, men wear shorter ones. Both genders are wearing cotton tunics with slits in the waist. Văn Hoá The colour of the Ao Dai is a reflection of their marital status.
