Hi All,
Here is my Analysis of the problem. Consider the sample CI provided "mirsaasl01ahcq"
The entry is present in the import set table.

I see that the entry is created in the CMDB incomplete IRE payloads table.

After running the Identification simulation here is the error message received.
"error": "MISSING_MATCHING_ATTRIBUTES",
"message": "In payload missing minimum set of input values for criterion (matching) attributes from identify rule for table [cmdb_serial_number].
This is the reason the CI is not updated from SolarWinds.
