I am 18 years old and i currently graduated high school a semester early, that's a good thing but what most people had a problem with this was that i was pregnant with my first. Having a baby to me made me happy because its amazing bringing a life to this world but everybody had a different perspective then i did. To the world my life was over or this was the end for me no longer going to college and having a career, to me those comments don't matter i don't care if people see me as just some pregnant girl as long as i am doing something proactive for me and daughter. Recently my mother through me a baby shower and a Aunt comment "when my daughter turns 18 i'm buying her car" these bothered me because she always looks at me like i am disgusting, also another family member told me one time "that's it all i see is you getting pregnant again again" when people say stuff like this especially loved ones it hurts. I am pretty sure other mothers have been told way worse then i have and honestly people should be ashamed of themselves because we take this to the heart when people say we cant be successful that its over in life. People weren't made to point fingers and put labels on others and that's the problem instead of judging try to help a mother whose out there giving up.
