What Are the Different Types of Steam Ovens?

You can get a small microwave if you don't want to cook much, however if you like to cook large quantities you will probably be better off purchasing a combi-steam oven.

There are three main categories of kitchen appliance to choose from. They are range, cook top and sub-range. Cook top ovens can be used for cooking most dishes that can be cooked in a regular oven, whilst sub-range ovens are for very specific uses such as roasting. The final category is hybrid models which combine the functions of all three mentioned. These models are very useful as they combine the best of all three categories and are designed to be the most effective for a particular job.
