Setiap kelompok saling berlomba untuk mencapai 4 pos.
Di setiap pos, kelompok wajib untuk memilih amplop yang isinya dapat berupa pertanyaan maupun perintah yang harus dijawab/dilaksanakan.
Waktu yang diberikan untuk menjawab pertanyaan/melaksanakan perintah adalah 10 menit.
Apabila berhasil, maka kelompok akan diberikan sebuah clue card.
Clue Card dari pos 1 sampai pos ke 4 adalah kunci untuk memecahkan clue yang ada di akhir permainan.
Namun apabila tidak berhasil, maka kelompok wajib untuk mengambil high-way (menjawab pertanyaan dari mod) menuju ke pos selanjutnya.
--Jika gagal menjawab pertanyaan high-way, maka kelompok dapat melanjutkan ke pos berikutnya TETAPI tidak akan mendapatkan clue card--
Setiap kelompok hanya diizinkan untuk mengambil high-way sebanyak dua kali.
Pada pos ke-3, kelompok-kelompok akan digabung. Penggabungan kelompok akan berdasarkan urutan kedatangan masing-masing kelompok. (kelompok yang datang pertama akan digabung dengan kelompok yang datang kedua dan kelompok yang datang ketiga. kelompok yang datang keempat akan digabungkan dengan kelompok yang datang kelima dan kelompok yang datang keenam. --Jadi hanya ada 2 kelompok besar).
Berbeda dengan pos 1 dan 2. Di pos ke-3 dan pos ke-4 tantangan yang diberikan sama.
