There's nothing better for our family than spending time exploring the farthest reaches of nature however, we do bring technology

From the very beginning, I'd like to emphasize this fact: We are a camping and outdoor family. We have as much as we can bond with the natural world. We have dogs and cats. We are one happy family that enjoys camping. We're all aware of the place we are and what brought us there, and we also know the location of water and where to enjoy our time watching television together. We aren't willing to give up our little vices, or leave the house without music or entertainment. We insist that we bring the generator and a 32 inch screen. Many people believe that we're nomads with any property to call our own. However, we are from Seattle and our father works as an attorney for a corrupt company. Mother claims that's the reason that he loves to camp every month four times trying not to be a burden on his work..
We spend hours around the fire singing songs, play games and talk to each other as our cats live their lives in the vicinity. Funny, they know when they are due back to go home.. We've had a few occasions where we've left one or both in the wilderness, but luckily we go to the same national park almost every time and locating them again on the next trip always proves the easy task. Joiner is a breed of hunter-helper dog that finds our kitties upon our return. They aren't overweight and love being there.

We love technology, and we are unable to not help but look at our smartphones and tablets while we gather around the campfire. Even though our father isn't concerned, he turns off his mobile throughout the weekend. It allows him to relax according to him. After a day of hunting and fishing we eat a big meal in the woods. We enjoy watching movies, TV and other shows we downloaded off the internet before we go. The majority of the time, we are not able to access Internet while in the woods which is the main reason parents aren't averse to us on the phones and eventually we're out of games, and save emails to answer and resume conversation. Most of us copy videos prior to leaving on excursions using Youtube clip converters, or other websites for downloading videos. The options for downloading from HULU are fantastic since we can stream hours of shows and movies on laptops prior to departure. These shows and movies are not just great for making camping trips more enjoyable, they are excellent to get there. Three hours of travel in a campervan sometimes be dull. My father is a massive fan of this time. He focuses on his road, and needs the ability to control the huge machine.

We won't stop using GPS for our camping trips. When there is a crisis it's crucial to be aware of where you are and how to get back to the city. Our trips have not been affected by anything, however we've heard horrifying reports of people getting buried in snow and dirt. GPS will always direct you to safety as long as safety is known. Friendly satellites will direct GPS in the correct direction. This is why we have another piece of technology that helps us get safely to our camp site. In the event of an emergency, helicopters can fly over you to verify your GPS position. GPS can be helpful in many ways, such as remote travel. It is best to not ignore technology when it's essential for life.
