when you connect with spirt
you stop identifying with your body... trillions of fragmented consciousness (sentient cell bodies) in your body get unified into one... when you stop to identify with the body... and when you surrender to your senses and depend on them... you fragment your attention and consciousness... feel to the point that you're just a floating head... your body doesn't exists... you control it indirectly... just through will and intention... you move without pushing and resistance of your muscles. you look at yourself in the mirror without identifying or labeling yourself... time seems slow... you are aware of everything. you live and express yourself truly... you are respectful... of the body you have... ( how you treat yourself and your environment) you don't surrender or belong to anyone or anything... you are spirit... something different. youre not affected and you push away the effect of your chakra points you arent affected by external emoiotions. youre not fed by conversations or emotions. you love and care for everyone. you are limitless... say it out loud! im spirit... kidus dosent exist!
if you dont identify as kidus... you bypass all the things of kidus... his weaknesses, his attachments, his emotions... with out kidus... spirit can live and breath freely.. coming out of its cage. ultimately deny yourself... kidus.... kidus can't run around free... going up and down the emoitnal and energetic roller coaster. spirit will take over allowing guidcance to live in balance. in the outside world spirt is forced to be called kidus... however, all actions and expressions are true and will be expressed through kidus... you are not hating kidus... its that kidus comes with a lot of baggage... you dont hate the body too. since its your tool of self expression... you walk and express your originality and true self expression through this body that we call "kidus"... kidus reamains as an external façade its just a shell... however deep inside you... you start to push this force inside you and you build it over time... doing the things it wills... it will tell you the right thing... it lives... it breathes... it manifests through you. however dont mistake it for something far away... its YOU... I AM SPIRIT!!!! Realization and connection/tuening towards your idenitity and identification of self as spirit!!! you are limitless... sex is nothing to you... truly expressing yourself is the key when your heart and your head come in sync and have the same feel and synergistic exchange... no mind chatter and worries... you live in the momenent in the here and now!!! you don't spill your essence... you don't leak your essence or expose your essence too much... you have no fear because what is to be feared... you dont seek luxury but you are in a constant state of mental luxry and stillness... truly never betray your spirit over your ego!!! truly truly that is the only sin of this world!!!! never give into your lusts over the voice of your spirit!!!!
