As long as you redeemed the promo code at check out, your order became automatically eligible for the promotion (if it was over $15 before taxes and fees).

The promo code should appear as applied before placing the order, but I've talked to customers before with the same issue that the code was not appearing as applied and it was successfully applied after they placed the order. So if you already put the promo code in the promo code field it should work just fine.

I'm afraid that these codes won't show up on our end confirming if it was applied or not to your order, so I guess the last agent mentioned that it was not applied to your order because it is not showing up as applied to your order, but it is easy to explain why it does not appear, simply because it is valueless and does not adjust the order at all. That is why it does not appear on our end. But if you did put the promo code in the promo code field it should have worked just fine.

What you can do is to try to place a new order and use the same code, if it says that it has already been used it's because it was successfully applied to your previous order.

I'm afraid we do not have any information about this promo code not applying correctly nor any tool to fix this on our end, so unfortunately, I cannot really confirm if it was applied to your last order or not.
