即使耐克科技與名氣都已登頂，但任然眾口難調 Nike做為國際運動大牌 ，在業界有著不可撼動的地位，但是對於選擇這個問題，每一個人都有著不一樣的標準。任何人都沒有把意志強塞給別人的權利，所以，眾口難調成為一大問題。
那麼今天，這篇回答僅從跑鞋方面，來推薦一些值得購買的系列。每個系列都是有好有弱，並無排名之說。
Nike值得購買的跑鞋系列 一、Air Max系列
Air Max系列經常出現在大傢眼中，其中在跑鞋裡有Air Max。
腳感因鞋系而異，復古的氣墊感覺一般，隻有踩石感；而現代款的氣墊效果感覺比較好，有比較好的踩“屎”感。舒適度壓馬路差不多，而運動起來的話明顯現代款的舒適度比較強。
二、Free系列
模擬赤足跑步時的腳感，就像脫光鞋赤腳在跑步一樣。系數低的有比較強的赤足感，其實我個人不大喜歡這種感覺咯。
Free技術造型樸實無華，配色卻可以異常風騷，一般用以跑步運動。Free系列的鞋子都比較輕，舒適度更好，緩震技術比較弱，腳感很好。
三、Zoom系列
Zoom系列算是跑鞋中比較低調的技術瞭，Zoom技術常用於籃球鞋中，以快速反應、靈活的反饋性和即時緩震著稱。重量處於中級位置，緩沖能力個人感覺比Max Air更勝一籌，相當平穩。適合於速度跑、中距離跑步
四、Lunar系列
Lunar技術曾是Nike主打的一項緩震科技，尤其是在跑鞋領域被運用得更為廣泛。當時的研發人員從觀察太空人在月球表面行走的情景中汲取靈感，所以Lunar系列也被稱為“登月系列”。
Lunar系列的跑鞋一般適合長時間的跑步。
