Strengths - 1. Cold-headed in critical, escalated situations, making timely and appropriate decisions 2. Responsible - my manager and colleagues do not double check after me, as they know, that when I do something, I do it without mistakes
Weaknesses - 1. At start I tend to not believe to my new coworkers so much, and I take all the work on myself, but over the time I easy up in order for the work to go smoother

Have you been in critical/escalated situation?
Participated in the biggest counter-terrorist tactical exercise of Czech units of national Integrated rescue system (Police, Healthcare service, Fire department etc.) taking place in Shopping Mall Novy Smichov. As dispatcher for Shopping mall's SOC I was directly responsible for coordinating the evacuation process, notification and communication with all responding units, coordination of shopping mall guards, surveillance all over the building and further actions corresponding with the emergency protocol.
