耐克首度公開AIR氣墊背後的秘密：充入魔法空氣？
經過三年前的315晚會的曝光之後，耐克的“氣墊門”引起廣大網友關註。雖然耐克已經官方道歉瞭，召回瞭涉事鞋款，並且奉上瞭三倍賠款，但是能挽回消費者的心嗎?近日，耐克就第一次公開瞭他們的“Air氣墊”的制作過程，讓人大跌眼鏡。
在日前的3·15晚會上，央視曝光瞭耐克球鞋“氣墊門”事件。隨後，耐克官方發佈公告，在對中國消費者致歉的同時也宣佈對涉事鞋款執行召回，全額退款的同時還提供三倍賠償。

沒想到的是，正是耐克的這個公告讓這款名為Nike Hyperdunk 2008 FTB的限量版球鞋人氣飆漲，網上的報價甚至達到萬元。
而近日，耐克也首度公開他們的“氣墊”是如何制作的。

美國耐克總部附近，有一傢名為“AIR創新生產中心”的秘密工廠，從1987年開始，AIR的傳說就是從這裡開始的。
耐克鞋底有多種氣墊結構：最簡單的對氣墊的可理解為將空氣註入密封的塑膠材質的防震(或者是更直接的將空氣註入中底部分)。

後來漸漸發展分割為幾個按照人體腳部受力點不同而區分註入一定氣體(壓縮率)的氣室系統。
90%是來自於回收材料
充入氣體後，氣墊能承受25PSI(磅力每平方英寸)的支撐力。值得一提的是，這些AIR氣墊的原料，有90%是來自於回收材料。
