華輿訊 據芝道報道 聯邦海關暨邊境保護局（CBP）的官員近日在洛杉磯與長堤港查獲瞭一批價值220餘萬元的仿制耐克運動鞋。9日，CBP的官員公佈瞭這一消息。

聯邦海關暨邊境保護局的官員與一些防仿制品專傢日前在長堤港與洛杉磯港執行瞭一次打擊假冒商品的行動，共查獲瞭1萬4806雙仿制耐克鞋。這批假冒產品的市場總價值達到224萬7680元。

海關暨邊境保護局執法人員協同聯邦國土安全調查局特別探員對這批來自中國的假冒產品進行瞭檢驗。調查人員發現，這批貨物共裝入兩個集裝箱內，並標明這兩集裝箱的貨物為“餐巾”。調查人員表示，這批貨物的主人以掩蓋的手法運輸這批貨物，其目的很明顯。

聯邦海關暨邊境保護局洛杉磯區域行動主任馬泰爾表示，智慧產權盜竊是犯罪行為，這會讓美國的工業受損、讓美國人丟失工作，而且常會對公共健康與安全造成威脅。
