Tiramisu Cheese Cake
A
Sponge cake - slice into 2 layers
125g Sponge mix
125g Eggs
25g Water
30g Butter (melted)/Corn Oil
Mix all ingredients together for 10-12 minutes until stiff
Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes

Water (Hot) - 90 g
Icing Sugar - 50g
Nescafe Instant - 10g

Egg Yolks - 3
Icing Sugar - 60g
Gelatin Powder - 15g
Fresh Milk - 80g
Cream Cheese - 300g
Fresh Cream - 250g
Chocolate (Shavings) - 20g (Optional)
Khalua - 15g
Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy and smooth at medium speed.
Double boil gelatine and add into cream cheese mix.
Add in egg yolks (one at a time) , fresh cream, fresh milk, and chocolate shavings into mix.

Mix B together.
Place sponge cake as base. (Remember to trim the sides of the sponge cake)
Rinse B on top of sponge cake but not until soggy.Step 3 is important. If not the sponge cake will float to the top when C is poured in.
Pour in C.
Put in refrigerator to set.
