We have found that 24-25 people is the best starting point for your season. We mix and match until our team has that number. My personal teams lose one player before the season starts. They decide that playing football is not for a good fit. We lose 1 player per game as the season progresses due to illness, injuries, grades, etc. We usually have 22-23 children available for practices and games.
