Cancellation steps through apple device.

2. Tap on your name.

3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead.

4. Tap the Peacock subscription.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription.



Yes, however, since you have purchased your subscription through Apple, we are unable to cancel the subscription from our end.
Deepak: Due to privacy and security reasons, iTunes does not share billing information, so we are unable to cancel or refund any subscriptions purchased through the Apple Store.

Let me share the steps of In-app billing.

I request you to open the Peacock application on your phone and navigate to profile icon.

Once you'll enter the profile icon, you will get an option plans and payment.

Once you are on Plans and payments option you will get a option to upgrade from where you upgrade as per your
preference.


You can try to upgrade using PayPal while linking this card to PayPal, or you can also upgrade using Peacock app from your Smartphone by linking this card under in app billing on your smartphone.
