Nguyên liệu
2 củ cà rốt
1 củ hành tây
2 tép tỏi
1 gà viên
Muối, tiêu, rau mùi
Cách làm
Khoai tây gọt bỏ, ngâm vào thau nước lạnh cho khỏi thâm. Cà rốt gọt vỏ, cắt khúc nhỏ chừng 1cm. Banh khoai mi trung cut ngon bo đi hấp cho mềm, không cần chín quá
Cho 50g bơ vào chảo, bơ chảy ra cho tỏi & hành tây vào xào mềm
Trút cà rốt, khoai tây vào máy xay sinh tố, cho luôn tỏi & hành tây đã xào vào. Nếu bạn có nước cốt gà thì bỏ vào hen, mình dùng 1 viên cốt gà, pha thêm nước đến khoảng vạch 800ml. Hoặc có thể sử dụng nước hầm xương để thêm ngọt.
Xay nhuyễn hỗn hợp, thiệt nhuyễn nghen, rồi trút ra chảo, đun khoảng 10 phút rồi có thể sử dụng
