The Online Keno Card Count: Why You Shouldn’t Ignore It
Visitors come back year after year to visit the Florida Keys Keno vessels, as well as the annual boat shows in Key West. After all the get-rich-quick schemes and big profits, it's been so many years since politicians felt compelled to support new development projects that would benefit the entire community. Danielle wants a big new Keno project to finance giant new hockey arenas that house major professional teams from across North America. Her biggest campaign promise is a Key West slumlord-fueled auction of real estate that she hopes will revive an area where once was life. It will include everything from grocery stores to large malls, and a college town of around five to six square miles.

"We're going to bring back the glory of a bygone age," she boasts. The venue is a two-sided, huge coin room with gleaming, giant coins. "This is the last gasp of a dying culture," she says. "A slumlord’s domain!" Perhaps "vulgar air" is a better description. Keno's Keno Park auctions dirt-cheap, first-class horses, just like the ones displayed at major horse racing events across the U.S. where top-class thoroughbreds are priced at seven figures.

People were shocked when Danielle announced her plans to restore the glory and power of the Keys through a massive Keno project. She said, "It's no complete slumlord thing." "It's a horse racing thing." Even glitzy politicians can get caught up in this game. So this is where I come in: I've been called both gleason and glutton by both Danielle and her political allies.

The gluttons include me, although not when I wrote that article in November, and I haven't been so gleeful about Keno as when I was invited to an event in January where I was the featured speaker and the Keno spokesperson. The number of people wanting to cash in on the jackpot goes up as the number of winners increases. Smart entrepreneurs have purchased the aging buildings and turned them into shopping malls. They are home to multiple stores selling a variety merchandise and services.

Kingsburg, which is adjacent to Kingsburg has seen a lot development in recent decades. A string of new hotels has added to the city's appeal. But amidst the hustle and bustle of the newly erected shopping malls, Keno appears to have escaped the glut of action. I was told by a local real estate broker that he had never heard of the topic, and that it could be possible that the developers didn't set up the building for sale.

This explanation seems plausible. I have also heard the exact opposite from a Kingsburg contractor. A few other anonymous sources have also told me that Keno wasn't a planned development, but an unannounced one. This was due in part to confusion about how zoning codes should change. This resulted in an underdeveloped area with very few amenities. Keno has gone through many changes and adjustments. So maybe it's just time to let go of the past and look forward to a brighter future.

So then, why should I be worried about this? Because I'm a die-hard fan of the game who believes it is the best there is and I want to see it succeed wherever it lands. I don't care which segment of society it hits, but I do believe it is a fundamental mistake to disregard its existence and potential.

It's hard to argue with the results of online Keno games. They've won more than just a few awards. They've also created whole communities around them. And they've even spawned imitations. The internet allows instant access of all data, such as who played what, where and what strategy was used. Plus, thousands upon thousands of games can be played at once. There's no argument.
