This one is tricky. If you're under 18, I'd stay away from this one. Although I know that most high school students drink coffee and the femme latte-crap drinks, there is something wrong with the pill form of caffeine. You should be wired all the time, especially if you are young.
All of us go out to lift weights, do speed training, and practice football skills. Sometimes, however, it can seem impossible to get a shot at the starting lineup, especially for big High School programs. You may very well have 4 or 5 guys on a similar skill level (or better) at your position. If you want your opponent to win, you have to stand out. You might have to do more than what you're doing now.

He is well-known because of his proficiency in balance and dribbling. It's not surprising that even accomplished defenders couldn?t stop him from scoring a goal. The second secret of football success is hard work. While some players may claim that they will "turn it on in football", this is not a good mental approach. If you don?t practice hard, you won?t be able work hard in the game. Some coaches believe that practice makes perfect. I disagree. You will not play well if you practice poorly. Perfect practice makes perfect!
I was hopeless. Completely, utterly, and terribly helpless. I don't know for sure, but it is possible that I scored a hat trick. Actually, when I think about it, that was on my first ever football match. I made a fool of my self, but it was a very advanced form of foolery.

Focus some of your exercises on speed. Do jumping squats to increase the speed of your reflex muscles. Jump on a step and squat down. Stand straight up and then jump up to get into a squat position. This exercise can be repeated 40 times per day, and the step's height can gradually be increased.
