The Indonesian delegation at the ASEAN+3 meeting which was a side event of the 144th Session of the IPU at BICC Nusa Dua, Bali, Sunday, proposed the formation of an ad hoc committee for arbitration amongst Russia and Ukraine, which is currently in conflict.
