Hello, I have a little cover story. I really like Spotify. But they don't give me enough music from overseas. Amazon music as well as Apple/Itunes are both excellent. But they don't always have the most popular songs even though they're older. I love di.fm, as well as other streaming radio stations on the internet however, they don't have new, exciting music. They also offer 1hr increments of music, which is ideal for those times those who want to get partying and party, tunneled or throwdown.
Youtube is where I turn. Youtube is the only platform where you can find music from any country. Labels don't just share music via Youtube however, every music lover can listen to new songs on the radio, and then record them, and save them as videos and upload it to youtube. Better yet, take a video of themselves listening to the song and then share it.. Some of those shares get thousands of views, and are not being noticed by copyright claims service.
This allows you to search for any song available on Youtube with several copies, regardless of whether they are good or bad quality. All is fine as long as you are able to listen to the music. I listen to the tracks, purchase top quality copies and, honestly I've not been required to pay for music in a long time. I like the fact that I can find sound from the 80s alongside songs from the 90s and dance songs from the 2000s - everything is on Youtube.. Sometimes, I come across videos that state "this and that decided to block the listener from listening to this track".. But it doesn't bother me, I visit one of my favorite tools such as Y2mate or Flvto and then search for mp3s there..
How does it work? I just type in my search and it returns 2 dozen results. When I click any one of those results it gives me the option to download mp4 videos or convert YouTube videos into mp3 format. It's very easy, needs no technical expertise from me, it's the perfect setup.. I can stream all the music from Youtube and still enjoy it at my home. It's incredible! It lets me bypass any limitations Youtube has placed on my "country" which lets me listen to music from around the globe and even from Europe and Africa.
