Dear Sir,
What started (10-11-14) as a call out for two cold radiators (which are still not working properly) escalated very quickly into a total farce.
Umpteen of your engineers, TWO floods causing lots of damage, including a damaged kitchen ceiling, (which I believe is going to be completely replaced), a lot of big replacement parts, two power flushes and being messed about (in both senses of the word) by Sellwoods, the so called ceiling repairers etc.
SIX MONTHS later, 10-5-15, my late brother-in-law, who was murdered last June will be consecrated with a 'stone setting' at the burial grounds. About a hundred friends will be coming back to our house after the service.
What will they see. One damaged ceiling and be told about the 'still cool' radiators and the low dronning from the pump.
I have had TWO different service managers looking after all this 'shenanigans'.
