-What are some qualities that you'll bring? - Im a really positive person, so if any difficulty I dont panic or stress, I just solve the problem calmly.
-What do you know about weatherspoons? - It is a pub company in the UK and Ireland founded 1979 by Tim Martin and the company operates 925 pubs.
-Where do you see yourself in 10 years time? - I see myself as a succesful woman running a business and enjoying life.
-Why do you want this role? - I think I will enjoy doing my best to make customers happy.
-Why is team work important to you? - I think that the best ideas comes from partnership with others, and im a people person so i just love to be in a team.
-what customer service means to you? - doing everything I can to make customer happy and pleased, to not make them wait, to make them feel important.
-What previous experience do you have? - In my first job I was making pizzas then I worked in a grocery shop where I cut and weighed meat for customers after that I worked in a warehouse packing watches.
-How would you describe yourself? - I am a really fun, energetic person and im passionate with whatever im doing.
What is your weakness? - I dont have any experience in a bar, but I am a quick learner, and I think I will do great.
