What is a Travestis?
The Travesti and Trans Social Movement (MTS) officially started in 1992 in Brazil. Responding to a need for an open dialogue, travesti started an association in the city of Rio de Janeiro, known as ASTRAL. The association discussed issues of gender identity and social name, hormone therapy, human trafficking and job markets. Now, ASTRAL has more than 10,000 members, and its mission is to help travesti in Rio become the best version of themselves.

Among the first people who made the distinction between travesti and transsexuality were activists who had lived in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. top trans sp These individuals had no preconceived notions of transgender identity and were influenced by the social and political situation. But the concept of travesti is still present today, and the era of travesti has only begun to be recognized in Europe.

Despite this, it is important to note that a Travestis' biological sex does not affect their identity. They are asexual, but they have a different identity than their biological sex. Some travestis go under a series of surgeries, including silicone applications and cirurgias plasticas, although they are not required to undergo genital surgery. In other words, a travestis can have a sexual identity that is different from that of his/her biological sex.

When confronted with a Travestis, it is important to remember that they nasce from the biological masculine or feminine sex. They possess identities that differ from their biological sex. Sometimes, a travesti will undergo cirurgias plasticas or silicone applications. In some cases, they may even go through genital surgery. Some of the most common procedures they undergo are amputation, silicone application, and hormonal therapy.

As a transgender, it is vital to be respectful and educated. A travestis should always be respectful of other people and do not expect to be treated like a slave. When he or she does have a sex identity, it is not a criminal. However, it is important that he/she not be able to have an asexual partner because of their age.

While the category of travesti is not defined as asexual, it should not be mistaken for a sexual orientation. As such, it should be avoided. In some cases, a travesti will be classified as trans. This means that the person has to be transgender. But it is still illegal for a travesti to wear a male's clothes. The gender of a travesti should not be a matter of taste.

The term "travesti" is a relatively recent category. The term is no longer used to differentiate between sexes, but the word "travesti" is used in Spanish to describe women who aren't of the same sex. The term travesti was coined by the French in 18th century. The definition of travesti is now a synonym for a travesti.
