Efek bius bekerja seperti halnya pada obat bius muggle, dan jangka waktu tergantung seberapa banyak korban yg terkena mantra ini.

Finite merupakan mantra yang fungsinya adalah menghentikan seluruh efek mantra yang sedang bekerja.
Dan Finite juga merupakan counter-spell yang general (berfungsi hampir untuk semua jenis charm/jinx/hex spell)
