This one is tricky. I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone younger than 18. Although I know that most high school students drink coffee and the femme latte-crap drinks, there is something wrong with the pill form of caffeine. You're young and should be wired to the sky.
I've seen many talented players get their asses put on the bench for not being able to understand the plays. Or know left from right, or be able to figure out the signals. Don't be such a guy.
We have found the best player to coach ratio is about 5 or 6 players per coach. You would need seven coaches if you have 40 players on your youth football team. It is difficult to find coaches to start with, and then to train them all would be a management miracle worthy of Donald Trump. Because of the dispersed nature of the assistant coaches and head coach, teams this large don't see their players reach their full potential.
If you aren't sure how to do this, Google "how to find my passion" to get started. Go through the different exercises you'll find online. Do not expect to find the answer immediately. It may take weeks and months or even years before you get the answer. So start as early as your freshman year or sophomore year of highschool (or even earlier, if possible).
