The 'Chicken' Carvajal refused to make evident against Petro in the Supreme Court
A former military officer from Venezuela was scheduled to provide details of how Venezuelan officials illegally supported leftist politicians and political parties for at most 15 years.


The former director of Venezuelan intelligence Hugo 'El Pollo' Carvajal refrained on Friday from making remarks before the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia.
