I tend to commit to too many things and need to learn to say no - I've begun to need life-organizing skills. I have a planner and when I get to work i need to make a list of things i need to do and go through all of them, and by the end of the day I need to have them finished. Its my goal. And if i feel like i cant, then i ask when the deadline is, cause I'm prone to put all this as a priority. I've been methodic in this too, as i break down all of my tasks in smaller, manageable tasks.
greatest weakness:
I could arguably interview better, I'm sure were all aware.

-stimulating enviornment, dynamic and where i can grow and learn. where i can contribute actively to what is being done, i want my work to make an impact
