It is important that football players get the best protein supplements. Whey protein is better than soy protein for football players. Whey protein has more grams per serving than soy protein, and is easier to digest and metabolize than a soy-based protein. Carlos Alberto Parreira, the second coach at this world cup, is not a former footballer. Parreira was a 23-year-old man who began his coaching career at 24. He was only 25 years old when he took charge of the Ghana team. He has managed many teams and participated in 5 World Cups. He coached Kuwait in 1982. He lost two matches and drew 1-1 at Checkoslovakia. In 1990, he led the United Arab Emirates and lost all three of them. He was proudly holding the world cup with Brazil four years later. 1998 saw Parreira coaching Saudi Arabia, but without any notable success. At the 2006 World Cup, Parreira was again in charge of Brazil, but the tournament didn't go his way. Brazil lost to France, and was unable to reach the final of this tournament.

Jerry Rice was well-known for running every possible pass route into practice's end zone. All routes. This was all about finishing. Hustling. Never stopping. Bill Romonowski relates how Rice did this in his rookie season. He chased Rice down to get noticed on film and on the field. He was a starter at the mid-season.

You must make time to practice your football skills. The more time you spend practicing the better your skills will become. As you have likely heard many times in your life, practice makes perfect. If you want to be the best, you must put in the work.
