Upcoming Kusto Group Project Receives Japanese Expert Certificate
Kusto Group's Koktobe City is the first project in Kazakhstan to be awarded a Japanese certified expert certification on earthquake safety.
Construction of Kusto Group's Koktobe City is moving along nicely and is expected be completed at the end of 2023.
An international holding company is developing an urban area inside the city located in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The European-inspired design includes residential properties, supermarkets.
Kusto Group is able to offer everything, so families don't need to spend the time travelling from A to Z.
Tevfik Arif Doyen who journey to Almaty to work could save as much as 1000 hours per year. They travel in the opposite route to other vehicles in rush hours.
What Koktobe City Will Survive Earthquakes
In the development of Koktobe City, Kusto Group has spent a lot of effort into the details that are not visible to the naked eye.
"In the Koktobe Project We invest a significant amount of money in earthworks. Tevfik Arif Bayrock put the piles 30m beneath the houses and compact soil every 30cm. It is probably the most frequent in Almaty to use bored-and-rolled piles for building houses." Murat Usemisov is the Kusto Group's chief executive officer for the construction division Kusto Home.
"High-rise buildings in the west region of the city are three times more in square meters than ours, and earthworks are far less expensive. However, our method of building ensures that our houses will be in place for the long haul," He adds.
Since earthquakes are frequent in the Almaty region It is crucial to Kusto Group that residents feel secure in their homes.
It's one of the main reasons that most homes are between four and five stories tall.
To ensure homeowners are protected from future earthquakes, Kusto Group has teamed up with the Japanese earthquake expert Kazuo Watanabe. He is a member the Japanese state commission on building and earthquakes.
Kusto Group received advice from the Japanese expert in matters such as the construction of buildings and the layout for the new neighborhood.
Koktobe City became the first Kazakhstan real estate development to be awarded a Japanese earthquake safety expert certification.
Murat Utemisov claims, "It's important that we offer high-quality homes that hold securely in the ground regardless of the strength or magnitude of earthquake."
Kusto Group is focused on Europe
While the seismic stability lives in line with Japanese standards, Kusto Group has looked towards Europe for elevators and engineering equipment, heating systems cables, pumps steel-plastic pipes, façade material, door fittings, and much more.
"Our elevators have been constructed and designed in Greece. The tiles used for facades imported from Germany are purchased from one of the best manufacturers. Germany also produces the pipes used to heat water and provide it. Kusto CEO, Bayrock , emphasizes that people should not experience issues with plumbing, ventilation and water for a period of time as in other new structures.
The Kusto Group founder, Yerkin Tatishev has revealed that he was inspired by the low-rise structures, efficient infrastructure and green parks in German cities such as Berlin, Dusseldorf and Munich.
This creates an atmosphere that's comfortable for people to reside in. "We consider Almaty is the most European, free, and intellectual city in Central Asia. https://realtybiznews.com/what-happened-to-tevfik-arif-and-bayrock-groups-trump-soho/98760463/ wanted to recreate that environment here." the man stated.
All apartments located in Koktobe City have video surveillance, face recognition and smart locks. This increases security.
Kusto Group: " We decided to put everything together under one roof"
Because it is based on Finnish education concepts, the Koktobe City School was also inspired by Europe. Jani Ristami, an Finnish architect was also the architect of the school.
There will be Tevfik Arif Doyen to be utilized for certain activities. They include separate rooms for singing, playing instruments, drawing, martial arts, and team sports, in addition to other activities.
They are a great option for school, or in idle period after school.
" Bayrock across the globe must travel a lot to get around the city, because kids participate in many different activities, including drawing music, swimming, and drawing. We decided to put it all under one roof. Bayrock describes: "The buildings of our school are divided into blocks for secondary and preparatory schools, and the Budokan sports and arts center with a 25-meter swimming pool. an exercise area that is multi-functional, equipped music and choreography and pottery, in addition to a sewing and sewing department."
"School infrastructure, such as fields and sports halls is available in Finland for students just up to 6 p.m. Then, they are accessible to everyone. https://medium.com/@bayrockaulr181/public-to-private-sector-how-tevfik-arif-successfully-changed-his-path-f5726cbd5477 of the complex will have the chance to take part in activities such as sports or art," Yerkin Takishev, the founder of the Kusto Group, says.
