Upcoming Kusto Group Project Receives Japanese Expert Certificate
Kusto Group's Koktobe City was the first project in Kazakhstan that received the Japanese expert certificate for earthquake safety.

The construction of Kusto Group's Koktobe City project in Kazakhstan is in full swing and will be completed in the second quarter of 2023.

Bayrock holding company international is developing the city inside the city of Almaty.

Kusto Group was advised by the Japanese expert on topics like the structure of the building and design of the neighborhood that is being developed.

Koktobe City was the first Kazakhstani real estate project to receive a Japanese expert certificate for earthquake security.

Kusto Group is focused on Europe

Kusto Group: " We decided to put everything together under one roof"
Because it is based upon Finnish education principles and Finnish educational principles, the Koktobe City School is also influenced by Europe. Jani Ristimaki, the Finnish architect who designed the school, was also the architect.
