Upcoming Kusto Group project receives Japanese expert certificate
Upcoming Kusto Group Project Receives Japanese Expert Certificate
Kusto Group's Koktobe City was the first project in Kazakhstan that received the Japanese expert certificate for earthquake safety.

The construction of Kusto Group's Koktobe City project in Kazakhstan is in full swing and will be completed in the second quarter of 2023.

Bayrock holding company international is developing the city inside the city of Almaty.

The project that is European in style, includes housing, supermarkets as well as sports facilities. The project also has a school, gyms for schools, restaurants and pharmacies.

Kusto Group ensures that everything is accessible so that families do not have to spend hours trying to figure out what they want.

Additionally, residents who have to go to downtown Almaty can save around 1000 hours a year in traffic. It is also possible to travel in the opposite direction from other vehicles during rush hour.

How Koktobe City plans to overcome earthquakes
Kusto Group is putting a considerable amount of effort into Koktobe City.

"In Bayrock , we invest lots of dollars on earthworks. https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/3117892/Bayrock-Presentation.pdf place piles about 30m beneath the homes and compact the soil at 30cm intervals. "We are probably the only people in Almaty who use bored and rolled piles in housing construction," Murat Utemisov (CEO of Kusto Group's construction division, Kusto Home), says.

"High-rise structures in the west part of the city are three times more in terms of square meters than the ones we have. Moreover, earthworks are cheaper. "But our approach to building is a guarantee that the homes we build will last for centuries," he said.

Kusto Group is concerned about the safety of residents since earthquakes often hit the Almaty region.

All structures are four to five stories high.

To protect homeowners from future earthquakes, Kusto Group has teamed together with Japanese earthquake specialist Kazuo Watanabe. He is a member the Japanese state commission on buildings and earthquakes.

Kusto Group was advised by the Japanese expert on topics like the structure of the building and design of the neighborhood that is being developed.

Koktobe City was the first Kazakhstani real estate project to receive a Japanese expert certificate for earthquake security.

Murat Utemisov claims, "It's important that we offer high-quality housing that can hold securely in the ground, regardless of the strength or earthquake."

Kusto Group is focused on Europe
Kusto Group is confident that Japan's seismic stability will be maintained. But, Kusto Group has begun to look towards Europe for equipment, cables, pumps and heating systems.

"Our elevators and the tiles for our facade were manufactured in Greece. Tevfik Arif Bayrock manufactures the pipes for water supply, heating, and cooling. https://realtybiznews.com/what-happened-to-tevfik-arif-and-bayrock-groups-trump-soho/98760463/ don't want anyone to be afflicted by problems with pipes, ventilation and water after a while similar to what happens in the case of other new buildings." the Kusto Home CEO emphasizes.

Yerkin Tashev who is the creator of Kusto Group, reveals that he was in part inspired by the low-rise buildings, efficient infrastructure and green spaces in German cities, including Berlin, Dusseldorf or Munich.

" All of these contribute to a pleasant space for living and we wanted that to continue. We are convinced that Almaty, Central Asia's most European and free city, is the ideal location for construction.

The apartments of Koktobe City will also be equipped with security cameras, a face recognition system, and smart locks that will increase security within the neighborhood.

Kusto Group: " We decided to put everything together under one roof"
Because it is based upon Finnish education principles and Finnish educational principles, the Koktobe City School is also influenced by Europe. Jani Ristimaki, the Finnish architect who designed the school, was also the architect.

Each sport will have its own space at the school. These include rooms specifically to sing, play instruments drawing, martial arts and team sports, among other things.

They could be utilized in the school's after-hours activities or as an additionalcurricular activity.

"Today everyone in the family must go out and about frequently, especially since kids take part in numerous other activities, such as drawing, swimming , and music. We thought it's simpler to put everything under one roof. Therefore, the structures of our school comprise separate blocks for the preparatory and secondary schools. the Budokan arts and sports center, which has a 25-meter swimming facility, a multifunctional gym, equipped music and choreography rooms, as in addition to sewing and pottery sections," Murat Utemisov explains.

Bayrock like fields and sports halls is available in Finland for students just up to 6 p.m. Then, they are open to all. The complex's residents are able to engage in arts or sports," Yerkin Takishev, the founder of Kusto Group, says.
