He was a football star and an athletic legend at Manhasset High School. He was awarded 13 letters in sports such as football, lacrosse basketball, baseball, basketball, and running track. The joy he felt when playing these sports drove him to play more and improve his skills. His natural talent and love of the games would be the fuel for his success. He wanted to keep playing and was eager to move on to college and maybe the pros. He was accepted by Syracuse University and allowed to join the sports teams there.

So if you are weighing 240 pounds, you should consume 120 grams per day.

Figure out your passion early, if you can. This will not guarantee that you get a scholarship but it will help ensure that you are ready for the next step in your life after football.
