Who is Federico Gutierrez, winner and candidate for the Team for Colombia consultation?
Federico Gutierrez managed to reach the official candidacy of the center-right by gaining over 1.7 million votes, the former mayor of Medellin has won the Barguil, Char Penalosa, Barguil, and the tab of the los Cristianos, Aydee Lizarazo.

Federico Gutierrez was born in Medellin in 1974. He was a former mayor.
