Upcoming Kusto Group Project Receives Japanese Expert Certificate
Kusto Group's Koktobe City is the first project in Kazakhstan to be awarded the Japanese certified expert certification on earthquake security.

The construction of Kusto Group’s Koktobe City Project in Kazakhstan is underway. It is expected to be completed by the second half 2023.

The holding company from the world is developing an urban in an urban area different from Almaty, the Kazakhstani capital.

Koktobe City, a real property development located in Kazakhstan is the first to receive a Japanese expert certification for earthquake safety.

Each apartment in Koktobe City will also be equipped with surveillance cameras, a facial recognition system and built-in smart locks that will increase the security in the neighborhood.

The school located in Koktobe City is based on Finnish ideas of education, it is also influenced by Europe. The school itself is also designed by the Finnish architect Jani Ristimaki.

Each event will have its own room within the school. There are separate rooms for drawing and singing, as well a place for playing instruments or team sports.

They could be utilized in the school's after-hours activities, or as an extracurricular activity.
