0.The bear from the pool with the burned face - foreshadowing Gus Fring's death
1.In beginning of the episode where Jane dies, Walt is putting Holly down for a nap and he puts a rolled up towel under her back in case she spits up. Foreshadows Jane choking on her own vomit.
The title of that episode does something like this too.
The title name is "Phoenix", Jane dies as Holly is being born.
2. Also about Jane, when Jesse is cooking her breakfast and he says "you weren't supposed to wake up." She says, "Ever?"
3.''The beginning of the final episode. After Walt steals the car, he opens the glove box a tape falls out, "El Paso" by Marty Robbins. Walt slides in the tape and these lyrics play:
I saddled up and away I did go, riding alone in the dark.

7. When Gus Fring gets nervous in the elevator and you hear the bell
of the elevator go "ding!" a couple times and then a close up shot of fringes hand where he taps his finger.
8. When Ted tripped of the carpet when Huel and his partner visited him. Later he tripped again, but we all know what happened then xD
9. Ozymandias. Walt hops out of the car since it ran out of petrol and the camera points at a reflection of Walt on the side of the car and there's a bullet hole right on it. It was so subtle too, truly genius.
10. In the beginning of season 3, the cousins cheat by beginning their
crawl halfway to make a deal with the devil to find Walt. Then, after the ambush shootout with Hank, one is dead and the other is paralyzed from the waist down and he sees Walt through the window and crawls from his hospital bed. I always viewed it as a punishment to the cousins for trying to cheat the crawl. They look through the window and see the face just like the drawing. And the joke is that its the face of the devil himself, Walter White
11. In the middle of the episode Ozymandias Walt is rolling the barel
that Jack left him and he passes by his pants from S01E01.
12. Season one- first (if we're not counting Emilio's death) kill in the series - Walt strangles Crazy 8 from behind, the same way Jesse strangles Todd in the final episode (last kill from the series).
13. Breaking Bad has 62 episodes - On the periodic table, element 62 is Samarium, which is an injection used to treat pain in cancer patients and kills cancer cells in the treatment of lung cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer and osteosarcoma.

The change is chilling enough. But when you look at the words of this conversation between Jesse and Jane earlier in the show, these images seem all the more significant.
