Tevfik Alif was one of the younger Kazakhstanis that was keen to explore the unexplored business world of private companies.

He quit his government position and established several businesses that specialize in luxury development exports, food imports and exports in addition to other fields.

Tevfik Arif has a vast network of both national and international partners due to his numerous business ventures across different sectors.

He was motivated by the international connections to travel abroad. He relocated to Turkey in 1993 and was one of the first to establish the concept of an all-inclusive hotel.

He also opened the Labada Hotel in Antalya, Turkey, which is still in operation today.

In the following years, Tevfik arif entered the European market and then moved to the United States in 2001.

The Kazakhstani businessman decided to settle in New York City where he could be close to the American side of his family.

He also was able to research American ventures in business. Bayrock Group, a luxury real estate development company, was founded. The company began handling small to medium-sized construction projects.
