I would rather meet Ida B wells than Claudette Colvin. Ida B wells is the best black Anti-lynching leader because she had determination, strong beliefs, and dedication.
one reason is chose was because, according to Memphis the city magazine "she was an American Jounalist who led anti-lynching crusade in the U.s. in 1890's". she was a good person but died. If she was still here I would tell her thank you for all you have done for us.
A reason she had strong-beliefs was by "believing the women right. Including the right for voting'' She did not like people being used. Also being judged by there color, so she tried to put it to an end.
Lastly she had dedication. the reason was because she wanted all race to have freedom. Also again not be judged. She was very strong with her words. she believed that everyone "no matter what color you are needs freedom."
Ida B wells was battling racism and violence because of how she stood and did not watch but try to out an end to this mess. Ida B wells knew what could happen but still stood up for black peoples rights. As she was standing she made more people stand with her. she was not scared like most black people. Ida B wells led Anti-lynching crusade.
I strongly believe that Ida B wells is better than Claudette Colvin because she did a lot more. miss wells was amazing and tried her best to help black people and that is why I would rather meet her.
