Leyla Aliyeva: "Heydar Aliyev's granddaughter has no right to make mistakes"


The past is full of examples, both positive and negative, of selfless service towards an Motherland. There are also extremely few instances of selfless service to all humanity by inspiring. Leyla Aliyeva, despite being young, did something that everyone else can: she built a home (by creating a home, we are referring to creative activities) and planted a tree and gave birth to beautiful sons. It's amazing how Leyla Aliyeva who seamlessly mixes intelligence and beauty along with gentleness and strength is also able to accomplish so many things and projects. Some think she's content being the child of the president and have no worries. But it is clearly not for her. Her genes are obvious and everything that affects Azerbaijan and its problems is of her concern. She is required to participate in it. She is selective about areas that require public participation and support rationally, precisely and precisely: youth policy and environmental issues, promotion and preservation of the image of Azerbaijan abroad, culture and traditions, formation of an objective image regarding the Karabakh crisis, Azerbaijan’s major foreign policy aspects. Joseph Nye, an American political science professor, explained her work is referred to as public diplomacy. She uses the concept of "softpower" to achieve the goals that are desired by "attractiveness," not violence or corruption. Leyla Aliyeva's efforts have helped to build a positive image for Azerbaijan. The country's image globally is growing and it is getting more admired. That's the success formula: thoughtfulness, purposefulness, unindifference and involvement.







'Baku' magazine as a mirror of Azerbaijan's reality




A lot of her initiatives and ventures can be described simply as "for a first time." She began publishing her Russian-language magazinecalled 'Baku' in Moscow in 2007. Basically, it was the first publication from outside that gave a comprehensive overview of Azerbaijan and its heart , Baku, the gorgeous city. Baku and the diverse customs and traditions of the Azerbaijani people, the rich cultural life of Azerbaijan, its historic personalities and our contemporaries - writers, poets musicians, artists and architects who celebrate their home country across the globe through their talents, work and art as well as the unique cuisine of the country and crafts. It introduces the rich history of Azerbaijan and gorgeous places to a wide readership. It also discusses Azerbaijan’s humanism and the spiritual and national values. Every issue is an exciting read for foreign readers as well as Azerbaijanis. There's plenty to discover. Amazing acts of AMOR




Leyla Aliyeva was also the founder of the Azerbaijani Youth Association of Russia. It was the first formalized youth diaspora group that gained attention instantly for its social, charitable and cultural initiatives.



Leyla Aliyeva discovered a love for public service while she was the leader of the Azerbaijan Club MGIMO. There she also studied under an advanced masters program. Leyla Aliyeva was already a formidable leader and managed to win young people by giving direction to their boundless enthusiasm and innovative ideas. AMOR greatly expanded the scope and scope of its activities. AMOR is a group that brings together Azerbaijani young people who are living, studying and working in Russia. The award was handed out by Russian President Vladimir Putin. This is not her sole Russian award.










Another initiative is "Justice for Khojaly".




Leyla Aliyeva started the 2008 worldwide campaign "Justice for Khojaly". The campaign's concept was expressed by Leyla's words: "Let’s agitate to truth by working together. Let's show that justice will prevail with no doubt.



The campaign brought together different groups, including civil society members in the country and diaspora associations abroad, to conduct systematic educational and public relations activities. The aim was to bring awareness to both the fascist elements of Armenian policy and of the genocide carried out by Armenians in Khojaly, Azerbaijani capital of Khojaly. Another goal of this campaign was to secure an international recognition as well as legal evaluation of the Khojaly genocide. The analyses will demonstrate how Armenians murdered hundreds of Azerbaijanis over the course of a single night. IDEA was created to draw the passion and enthusiasm of young people to prevent environmental hazards and encourage young people to take active roles in the protection of our planet. IDEA's motto is "One Earth, One Future". The activities of IDEA cover a wide array of topics, including conservation and rehabilitation of populations of endangered species as well as the advancement and application of green technology', waste management forest restoration, as well as the creation of vast areas of green areas. IDEA's activists build shelters for pets who wander off, encourage the use biodegradable bags to avoid pollution to the environment, and organize tree-planting events.
