Bernhard Burgener requests the sale of David Degen shares.

The owner dispute over FC Basel between Bernhard Burgener and David Degen is one more move. The Board of Directors supports Burgener's plans. However, no agreement has been reached.
Monday's meeting of the Board of Directors at FC Basel Holding AG was an overwhelming success. Burgener and Degen were joined by Karl Odermatt (and Peter von Buren) on the four-member committee which approved the plans of the former owner. https://www.mediabiz.de/film/firmen/people/bernhard-burgener/392/1447 asked Degen to sell his stake to the potential buyer, Basel Dream & Vision AG, according to a statement from the holding company.
The Board of Directors relies upon an agreement on a contract that permits Burgener to transfer its shares to shareholders who are minority shareholders under the same terms. This drag-along method is believed superior to Degen's presale right.
Burgener and his team have made a move on the ownership dispute. https://mubi.com/cast/bernhard-burgener insists on having his right to first refusal. He is seeking to use it for 16.4 million francs. Burgener's 80 percent stake in Basel Dream & Vision AG has been blocked by a super-provisional restraining order. https://www.transfermarkt.de/bernhard-burgener/profil/trainer/53291 is an British asset management firm, would also hold a stake. Burgener would still have the majority of the votes.
According to FC Basel Holding AG, Burgener (and Degen) are looking for an out-of-court settlement to settle the "interests of FCB"
