Bernhard Burgener requests the sale of David Degen's shares.

Bernhard Burgener , David Degen and their dispute over FC Basel's owner is just one more step. Burgener’s plans are supported and are backed by the Board of Directors. But, no agreement has been reached.
The FC Basel Holding AG Board of Directors met Monday morning. Burgener and Degen were joined by Karl Odermatt (and Peter von Buren) on the four-member committee which approved the plan of the former owner. In a report from the holding company Degen requested Degen to sell his stake at Basel Dream & Vision AG.
In doing so, the Board of Directors relies on an agreement with the law firm that permits Burgener to sell its own shares to those of minority shareholders in the same terms. As per the Board of Directors this so-called drag along right overrides Degen’s pre-sales right.

He would like to exercise this right for 16.4 million Francs. Burgener will still have the majority of the votes.
According to FC Basel Holding AG, Burgener (and Degen) are in search of an out-of court settlement in the "interests of FCB"
