Your athleticism can be demonstrated by playing in other sports at high school. Every coach in America values athletes who are able to play in every position. Even if football is your favorite sport, you can still learn how to play other sports to improve your game.

I saw it a ton this season on my own team. Guys who had some talent but felt they weren't getting a fair shot. They complained and grumbled. But, when the coaches were putting special teams together, these guys hid. It doesn't matter whether they were afraid of special teams. They blew it.

In football, maneuverability is significant so leg protection is bare. The three essential pieces that make up leg protection are the football cleats and the knee pads.
