I've been jogging my whole life. But recently, due to Covid and the pandemic lockdowns I had to make some adjustments. So I started running inside. This stationary bike, that I've also started to ride inside, is truly amazing. The display on the digital screen shows the views of the surrounding area as you cruise through exotic terrains, countries and planets. The treadmill's running part is also the identical. It provides 360-degree increased reality of your path. It can be quite annoying, but it's actually quite relaxing.

I am a huge sound gear fan. So all the music I hear - I classify to the special group. Dance music is my favorite, so there are many songs that are available. I start by listening to more slow-paced songs. Songs with 80-90 BPM are great for warming up. As I become more comfortable, I'll increase the BPM slowly. After that, I repeat. Sometimes I add trampoline. It's fun to exercise in the house, but my wife is always watching me and I don't like it as it is distracting, but she doesn't seem to care...

My running or exercise mix takes about two hours. It gets built up to the point that I speed up and more. My routing is more efficient and faster, and I have added more steps. It's simple to speed up your pace without much effort. Slowly , round by round, I speed up my exercise and finish it a few minutes erlier every time. While I'm working out, I watch television and enjoy music. I lost about 10 to 15% of my weight. I'm trying to become the poster boy for campaigns that say inside dwelling does not have to make you fat or ugly. But this isn't the case. Spend more time with your partner to enhance your body and strengthen your muscles. You'll live longer and be proud of it.

The majority of the music I use to run with comes from Youtube by using an mp3 converter. It's easy. I type in BPM, select the ones that interest me, then it will show a variety of music. I pick the more fast songs and blend them as exercising. Youtube converts MP3 files and offers two options. One is high quality that has 320kbps of sound. It's free and it has its own web application. After I have added it to my phone, or windows computer, I'm free to play with it. Now, I can download YouTube MP3 directly to my mobile. There's no data usage, and I can connect to it via WiFi. It's incredibly easy to use these web-based web apps. They make websites that function like bookmarks and permit you to access them offline.

This allows me to discover better matches speedier songs, slower songs or increase or decrease the speed of the current ones that are playing. When I am planning for a long run I like to download long dj live mixes from Youtube which are generally perfect. They start slow and progress to wild ends. Those mixes have built-in measure from the DJ, they make sure nothing is slower or faster than it needs to be. I don't believe you need to download Youtube videos or convert them to mp3.
