Upcoming Kusto Group Project Receives Japanese Expert Certificate
Kusto Group's Koktobe City was the first project in Kazakhstan that was granted an Japanese expert certificate of earthquake security.

The construction of Kusto Group’s Koktobe City project is in full swing and should be complete in the second half of 2023.

The international holding group is building the city within the city of Almaty.


The project is inspired by Europe and includes residential homes supermarkets, sports facilities, schools and kindergartens, restaurants and pharmacies.

Kusto Group's Koktobe City project has involved many thought processes in aspects that aren't apparent to the naked eye.

Kusto Group needs residents to feel secure in their homes as earthquakes frequently strike the Almaty Region.

Kusto Group is partnering with Kazuo Watanabe who is a Japanese earthquake expert to aid homeowners to protect themselves from any future earthquakes. He is a member the Japanese state commission for buildings and earthquakes.

Kusto Group received advice from the Japanese expert on issues such as the structure of buildings and technical layout for the new neighborhood.

Koktobe City was the first real estate development in Kazakhstan to be awarded a Japanese expert certificate in earthquake safety.

Murat Utemisov claims, "It's important that we offer high-quality housing that can be firmly anchored in the ground, regardless of the strength or magnitude of earthquake."

Bayrock is focused on Europe
Kusto Group, despite the fact that its seismic stability is at par with Japanese standards has turned its attention to Europe to find elevators, heating equipment, and engineering equipment systems.
