Upcoming Kusto Group Project Receives Japanese Expert Certificate
Kusto Group's Koktobe City was the first project in Kazakhstan that received an Japanese expert certificate for earthquake security.

The construction of Kusto Group's Koktobe City Project in Kazakhstan is underway. It is anticipated that it will be completed by the second half of 2023.

Kusto Group has its sights on Europe
Kusto Group looks to Europe for elevators and engineering equipment. While seismic stability conforms to Japanese standards, Kusto Group also looks to Europe for cables pumps, cables and pumps.

All the apartments in Koktobe City, including the ones located in the capital city is equipped with surveillance cameras and facial recognition technology. Smart locks are also being installed to increase the security of the area.

Kusto Group - " We decided that it all should be all under the same roof"
The Koktobe City school is also inspired by Europe because it is built on Finnish fundamentals of education. Jani Ristami was a Finnish architect, also designed the school.

There will be rooms to be utilized for certain activities. You will find separate rooms for singing and drawing, as well a place to play instruments or participate in team sports.

"Today everyone in the family must move around the city frequently, especially since kids are involved in many other activities, such as drawing, swimming , and music.
