Youtube is full of awesome tutorials.

What have you noticed about me during the past year? It's my commute. It's astonishing how empty the train is to work right now. A train ride of 1 hour was full of people. Some had to stand up because they couldn't keep their eyes from falling asleep. Now, there are only few people per train car. Everyone works remotely, or they have no work. Another unfortunate consequence of the epidemic is that many people have lost their jobs. In the end, I could not work remotely. My job requires hands on training with equipment that could be remotely accessed and cannot be brought outside to take home. Do you work from home? Where is thou?

I decided to make use of the anonymity I enjoy because I am one of the few train drivers that I know of, and have been looking up tutorials. This website has a lot of tutorials covering a variety of subjects. They cover everything from making shadowed circle effects in Adobe Photoshop to stacking hundreds of effects that render 3D models using chrome reflections and chrome. Although some of the projects aren't easy to accomplish at home, I am able to follow the instructions and produce the desired effects. While it's entirely computer-related, I apologize for any confusion. I am not studying how Ikea furniture is connected, or how to improve customer care.

I learned how to tile and grout the walls and floors 12 years ago. It was a breeze using YouTube videos and tutorials. The bathroom came out beautifully with new floors and walls, fixtures and pipes, new floor bords and pretty much everything else. The bathroom is fantastic, although I can't believe how much it has changed. It is the most amazing sensation you can have in the world. It certainly is. However, it took me eight years to finish everything. I learned everything on my own, so I did not need to collaborate with any other person. Two dozen tiles had been broken before I discovered that the tile must be scored. After that, a specific breaker with an angular shape should be used to ensure it is broken across the cut. I was able to cut thin and long pieces of tile with the breaker when it was working.


I used Youtube to download mp4 files, then I would set them all up in the bathroom. While trying to apply what I had learned to the project at hand I would play video. I take my iPad when I travel and I take advantage of the amazing tutorials. CSS is now my favorite friend. I was scared of CSS for the worst reasons. keepwid I've learned to program some of CSS JS techniques I'd tried to comprehend. I'm now able to ninja-kick people at times when they least think about it. I've learned lots of helpful ecommerce techniques from his channel. Can't wait for my time off to try them all at home.

Dailymotion and Vimeo offer a wide range of educational videos. I'm also able to convert some of these videos into mp3, or even create podcasts from them if they are not very important. I can also save the MP4 files on my computer, and then continue, pretending it's a tutorial. Be aware that the downloaded files will be in your browser downloads folder, most browsers will save on desktops or open folders using a shortcut combination, or maybe you need some time off. I definitely do.
