I was in an enemy camp and I was not able to get internet access to my presentation, or how I dealt with the situation.

This was my personal worst business trip fail. We were heading south to meet with one the largest oil tycoons from the Middle Eastern region. I was one the most involved in the venture and therefore was given one of the phases. It was my chance to prove to my manager that I'm ready to go to the top of the league and join the big girls. Although it might be offensive, I was referring to adult females, or, better said, business women.

It went well. I was informed of the time and location of the part which was my own. As I was responsible of the onsite security for the panic rooms of the local businessman, who was insanely successful, I was also told this. Because I do not want anyone to be identified by my writing exercises, I won't mention or titulate any characters in this story. The presentation was created to replicate the actual sequence of events that will bring this businessman into his panic chamber, accompanied by close relatives and a few numbers of guards. The original intention was to show the concept, and show how to manage these massive forces.

Everyone has entered the dark underground room. It was kept a secret to hide the large number of weapons found in the walls. It was a very unsettling situation. Let's just get through it. Now I'm getting ready for the powerpoint section. Does that sound right? There is no Internet. Is that really true? The lockdown has been initiated, and it's impossible to get out of the lockdown to retrieve the email containing your presentation. But this is not my first time trying. I was able to convert Youtube to MP3 online the other night. I downloaded the audio from the presentation to allow me to concentrate on my speech, not just reading it off the paper. Additionally I downloaded the presentation as a mp4 file. I was trying to find better audio formats, but finally found it and now I'm looking for the exact presentation. It's in my laptop, waiting to go.


It was a good day. I was blessed. While it was an hour-long speech, it communicated layers of assurance, security and eventually led to the signing of 47 additional clients of higher caliber. These contracts are worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. We are looking at working with them for the future. mp3 converter
