As required, there is only EPP we have different Please find below the key difference in T&E activity of EPP versus other entities as below:
• In EPP, Notilus application is being used however for other entities we receive T&E claims either in excel or PDF.
• Till April’22, the T&E payment run frequency for EPP was 10th & 25th of every month however from May’22 payment frequency has been changed to every ‘Thursday’.
• In view of above payment run frequency, team used to do follow up for pending vendor creation cases on 3-4 days before the payment run day.
I have checked & found that team did follow up with POC’s on these pending cases and included Bernard Vibes in their 3rd follow up.
In future, to have the better follow up process in place we have asked team to send the follow up e-mail every third day on pending vendor creation items for T&E.
We have also talked to Bernard Vibes and he confirmed that they are already working on vendor ID creation. We have asked Bernard to let us know once it is done so that we can settle the expenses.
