It's more than knowing the strategy. To be successful in the long term, I need to have some consistent rules I follow that dictate when to get into a trade, when to get out and how much risk to assume on each trade. These rules together are a key part of an option trading plan. I have one to share with you about this strategy.
Volume. A solid uptrend, or downtrend, should be paired with increasing volumes. bitcoin bullish Be careful if the price rises but the volume falls.This could be a sign the market is losing energy to support its current uptrend.
indodax.com - Single day pattern. A long, white candle with no lowershadow forms in a downtrend. Any upper shadow is very short. This is similar to a white Marubozu (long, unshadowed candle).
Foreign Exchange Market is a great market for investors who are able to spot a trend. Software programs are available for almost any strategy in this market. But a tool that has gained much popularity is the candlestick pattern.
Wedges: When your trend line looks a lot like an symmetrical triangle, the wedge pattern forms. You'll see that the trend lines you draw have highs and lows that come together at an angle. Usually this angle points up or down. This is where you will see a trend that is either up or down. An upward line is a bullish signifying a good time to purchase. A downward line indicates a bearish trend and a good opportunity to sell.
Engulfing: A short day in which the trading range for the second day in a downward trend is too strong. This is a sign that there is a good chance of a reversal. However, it requires confirmation. It may look similar to a bearish-engulfing, but it's very different in the chart.
One is the fast stochastic %K which covers 15, 10 or 5 days. The %D covers a 3-day period, while the slow stochastic (%K) covers 15, 10, or 5 days. %D covers a 3 day period.
